The Consortium program has oversight from the Consortium Council which is comprised of the following positions from each university: Provost and Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Dean of the Graduate School, Dean of the College of Education, Chair of the department in which the doctoral program is housed, and the Coordinator of the program.

Doctoral Student Handbook

The Doctoral Student Handbook is a flexible document which provides current information to students and is subject to change as deemed appropriate by the Doctoral Consortium Council. Additionally, each university has unique dissertation requirements that may be an exception to the Consortium Doctoral Handbook and may also have graduate program writing requirements. Therefore, please contact the Director of the Doctoral Program or the Department Head at the university through which you are admitted to the program for further information on the handbook.

Please contact the university through which you are applying for deadlines and additional information. You may also scroll over the logos above to be directed to the doctoral webpage for each of the universities.
